Welcome to Cicana.com, a service exclusively for PROFESSIONAL WORKING DJ’S.  The terms and conditions hereof imply an agreement for the use of this website between the user and Cicana.com.  By entering Cicana.com and your continued use of Cicana.com, the user is acknowledging that user agrees with all of the terms and conditions contained within this legal and binding digital contract as well as the truth of the statements contained herein.  Specifically, you acknowledge, represent and warrant that you are a professional and working DJ and that all links contained on Cicana.com are solely for PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY.  Users of Cicana.com MAY NOT SELL, DISTRIBUTE, EXCHANGE or TRADE any of the Audio links contained on this site.  Furthermore, all users of Cicana.com are solely and exclusively responsible for the payment of any and all applicable ASCAP, BMI or SESAC or other licenses and fees. All users hereby represent and warrant to Cicana.com that prior to their acquisition or use of any audio from the Cicana.com, such user will have already legally obtained the original audio. The artists, record labels, producers, publishers, and any other owners of the music or materials contained on the subject audio files retain all of their right, title, and interest in their property including any and all copyrights.  The user will not derive any ownership rights to the materials contained on Cicana.com.
 
By utilizing Cicana.com’s website and/or services, user acknowledges and agrees that user has no right to provide any materials obtained through Cicana.com to any other party.
